Whilst we are based at Te Arai, we are a mobile surf school and are not restricted to any one beach. We operate at the beach offering the most suitable conditions on the day, in the local area, depending on swell size and direction, wind direction and tides. Similarly we do not operate the lessons at fixed times each day so we can respond to the varying rhythm of the waves and tides
One to One or One to Two lessons with just you and your coach are a great way to get the most out of your lesson. Aotearoa Surf School’s Head Coach Wayne will personally tailor the lesson to suit your needs and at a location in the area best suited to your skill level; absolute beginner, intermediate or advanced. You’ll be amazed how quickly you progress.What to bring: Beach wear, towel, water, waterproof sunscreen.
